Softball Recap: Santa Rosa Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Santa Rosa's offense. They came up short against the Piner Prospectors on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The loss leaves the Panthers still looking for their first win of the season.

Santa Rosa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Piner, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Santa Rosa will face off against rival St. Vincent de Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Piner is set to challenge their familiar foe Elsie Allen at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
