For the first time in his career, Zach Baumert scored a receiving touchdown on Saturday. He picked up 21 receiving yards and one TD, but sadly Coventry Christian still had to take a 40-12 loss at the hands of Chincoteague. We judged Saturday's game Baumert's most productive, but we don't think it'll stay that way for long.

Coming up, Baumert and Coventry Christian will host Model Secondary School for the Deaf at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sadly, Baumert's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Coventry Christian's four-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Baumert and Coventry Christian surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Saturday's match.
