Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, St. John couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Sidwell Friends Quakers on Friday, falling 3-0. St. John's defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

St. John's loss dropped their record down to 14-4-1. As for Sidwell Friends, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4-1.

St. John's does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sidwell Friends, they will square off against Georgetown Day at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Georgetown Day's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
