After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Stuart Hall, South Fork was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 93-62 win over the Potter Valley Bearcats. The Cubs haven't had any issues with the Bearcats recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Despite the loss, Potter Valley still got an impressive performance from Johnnie Phillips, who dropped a double-double with 29 points and 14 boards. Phillips is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least nine every time he's taken the court this season. Carter McBride was another key player, dropping a double-double with 16 points and ten boards.

South Fork's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Potter Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.
