Baseball Recap: Kellis Takes a Loss

Kellis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 15-2 to the Thunderbird Titans.

Kellis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Moises Moran, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Kellis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Thunderbird, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Kellis will square off against Camelback at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Thunderbird, they will challenge Skyline at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Thunderbird knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Skyline likes a good challenge.
