Basketball Recap: Sacred Heart Takes a Loss

Sacred Heart lost against Green Ridge back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sacred Heart Gremlins came up short against the Green Ridge Tigers, falling 54-29.

Sacred Heart's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Green Ridge, with the win, they broke their ten-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will face off against Stover at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Stover's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Sacred Heart has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season. As for Green Ridge, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Green Ridge Tigers take on the Warsaw Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
