Conway Christian posted their closest victory since September 6th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Dover Pirates 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won four in a row.

Despite the defeat, Dover had strong showings from Early Jackson, who had 12 digs and one assist, and Anna Self, who had 14 kills and five digs. Self has been hot for a while, having posted nine or more kills the last 16 times she's played.

Conway Christian's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Dover, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-14.
