Elgin barely beat North Baltimore the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Comets put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Comets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Elgin was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-11.

Elgin's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for North Baltimore, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Elgin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Ridgemont on the 11th. As for North Baltimore, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Cory-Rawson on the 11th.
