Volleyball Recap: Williams Valley Takes a Loss

Williams Valley lost against Mahanoy Area back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Golden Bears.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-11, 25-17.

Williams Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Mahanoy Area, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Williams Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Marian Catholic on the 30th. As for Mahanoy Area, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Pottsville on the 30th.
