Basketball Recap: West Morris Mendham Takes a Loss

West Morris Mendham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Voorhees Vikings, falling 54-23. The contest marked the Minutemen's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

West Morris Mendham's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Voorhees, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Morris Mendham will take on Randolph at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Voorhees, they will square off against Somerville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
