Basketball Recap: Caldwell Academy Takes a Loss

If Caldwell Academy was feeling good fresh off their 97-66 takedown of Gaston Day last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles were beaten by the Wilson Tigers 95-61 on Saturday. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Josh Leonard went supernova For Wilson., dropping a double-double with 45 points and 14 rebounds. Leonard's big performance that morning made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Kj Allen, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 boards.
