Volleyball Recap: Marcellus Comes Up Short

Marcellus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bangor Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Marcellus' defeat dropped their record down to 4-22-1. As for Bangor, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-5-2 record this season.

Marcellus has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Berrien Springs on the 30th. Bangor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
