Volleyball Recap: Central Dauphin East's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Central Dauphin East came into Monday's contest having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the William Penn Bearcats on Monday. The Panthers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 2nd (when they won 3-0).

While Central Dauphin East won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-22, 25-16.

Central Dauphin East's victory bumped their record up to 4-16. As for William Penn, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Coming up, Central Dauphin East will take on Carlisle at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for William Penn, they are taking a road trip to face off against Steelton-Highspire at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
