Softball Recap: Loveland Comes Up Short

Loveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 17-2 to the Windsor Wizards. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wizards this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in September.

Loveland saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addie Armstrong, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Loveland's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Windsor, they pushed their record up to 21-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Loveland didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-4 defeat against Centaurus on the 10th. As for Windsor, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against Holy Family on the 9th.
