Softball Recap: University Falls Short Against Ranked Elizabeth + How To Watch

University faced Elizabeth in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Cardinals, falling 12-2. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

University saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Natalie Galindo, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.

Having lost for the first time this season, University fell to 10-1. As for Elizabeth, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

University wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 18-12 loss against Palmer Ridge on the 6th. As for Elizabeth, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-1 victory against Eaton on the 6th.
