Volleyball Game Preview: Argos Dragons vs. West Central Trojans

Argos hasn't had much luck against West Central recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Dragons will challenge the Trojans at 7:15 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Argos came up short against Winamac on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Argos was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 26-24, 25-16.

Meanwhile, West Central lost 3-0 to North White on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 25-17.

Argos' loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for West Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Argos couldn't quite get it done against West Central in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Dragons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
