Soccer Recap: Carver High School of Engineering & Science Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Carver High School of Engineering & Science was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They fell just short of the Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters by a score of 2-1. Carver High School of Engineering & Science was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Abraham Lincoln earlier this season, when they won 4-0.

Carver High School of Engineering & Science's goal came courtesy of Erin Hawthorne, who's now up to 22 this season.

Carver High School of Engineering & Science's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Abraham Lincoln, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-14.
