Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Toronto). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Clay-Battelle Cee-Bees a 16-0 shutout on Saturday. The Red Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Toronto, bringing their record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Clay-Battelle, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-5.

Toronto has already played their next game, a 10-0 victory against East Palestine on the 21st. As for Clay-Battelle, they will square off against Beallsville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
