Basketball Recap: Jacorey Lee Key Part of Team Effort in Seminoles Win + How To Watch

Creekside hadn't done well against Jackson recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Seminoles came out on top against the Jaguars by a score of 68-58. For the Seminoles, this counts as revenge for the 84-56 win the Jaguars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Creekside got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jacorey Lee out in front who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten rebounds. Lee is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Timothy Alexander was another key player, shooting 71% from the field to rack up 12 points.

The win made it two in a row for Creekside and bumps their season record up to 4-2. As for Jackson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Creekside will head out to challenge Midtown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Seminoles will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Jackson, they are taking a road trip to take on Mays at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars will be up against the Raiders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 66.43 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
