Softball Recap: Siloam Springs Extends Winning Streak to Four

Siloam Springs had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Harrison Goblins with a sharp 11-3 win. Considering the Panthers have won four games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Siloam Springs' victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Harrison, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coming up, Siloam Springs will head out to square off against Springdale at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.33 runs per game on average), something the Panthers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Harrison, they will face off against Gentry at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
