This was a revenge contest for Snook Christian Academy, as the team was forced to settle for a 6-3 defeat when these two played last Monday.
Allie Clayton made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. Clayton has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances.
