Mira Mesa piles up the points against Lincoln

The Mira Mesa Marauders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lincoln 64-24 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Mira Mesa as they're now sitting on five straight.

It was another big night for Ivorii Seals, who scored 24 points along with six rebounds and four steals. That makes it eight consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Mira Mesa's points. Another player making a difference was Alyssa Otero, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and five steals.

Mira Mesa is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season. As for Lincoln, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-14.

Mira Mesa's road trip will continue as they head out to face Patrick Henry at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th. Patrick Henry is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Lincoln will take on University City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. University City presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lincoln in California (University City is ranked 521st, while Lincoln is ranked 1153rd).
