Basketball Game Preview: Garey Vikings vs. Paloma Valley Wildcats

Having just played yesterday, the Garey Vikings will jump right back in to play the Paloma Valley Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Garey is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 74 points on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Glendale on Monday. They took a blow against the Nitros, falling 69-25.

Despite the loss, Garey had strong showings from Miguel Flores, who posted eight points, and Anferny Yom, who earned six points.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Paloma Valley faced off against Bonita on Monday. The Wildcats took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bearcats.

Paloma Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Garey, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
