St. Raphael Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past the Rogers Vikings 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Saints in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 26-24, 25-17.

Despite the loss, Rogers still got an impressive performance from Jezaleigh DeOliveira, who had 16 digs.

Rogers has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

St. Raphael Academy will head out to challenge Scituate at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rogers, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Juanita Sanchez Complex on the 20th.
