Trimble is a perfect 10-0 against Belpre since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Tomcats will challenge the Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Trimble will be strutting in after a victory while Belpre will be coming in after a defeat.

Trimble will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up six points last Friday, then bounced right back against Southern on Friday. The Tomcats walked away with a 34-26 win over the Tornadoes.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 51-18, which was the final score in Belpre's tilt against Catholic Central on Saturday.

Belpre has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Trimble, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Trimble against Belpre in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 52-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tomcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
