Volleyball Recap: Walla Walla Beats Chiawana for Their Third Straight Victory

Walla Walla entered their tilt with Chiawana on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Riverhawks. The Blue Devils have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Riverhawks, too.

In the three sets Walla Walla was on fire: they won each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-11, 19-25, 25-15.

Walla Walla's record is now 6-4. As for Chiawana, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Walla Walla will challenge rival Pasco at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chiawana is set to square off against their familiar foe Sageview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
