Trent piles up the points against Moran

The Trent Gorillas's game on Saturday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They breezed by Moran on the road to the tune of 69-20. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 43-12.
Despite the loss, Moran saw an underclassman step up: Kielar Carr scored 11 points. Carr scored a full 55% of Moran's points, the seventh time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Trent's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Moran, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Trent will square off against Moran at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Moran, they will take on Munday at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. Munday is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
