Volleyball Recap: Redington Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Redington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They came up short against the Nikiski Bulldogs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Saturday.

While Redington was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Nikiski's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-10, 25-11.

Redington's loss dropped their record down to 1-28. As for Nikiski, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 37-11-5.

Redington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Mountain City Christian Academy on the 7th. As for Nikiski, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Homer on the 6th.
