Basketball Game Preview: West Jefferson Roughriders vs. Mechanicsburg Indians

West Jefferson is on an 11-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Mechanicsburg is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Roughriders will welcome the Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Wednesday, West Jefferson earned a 34-21 victory over Northeastern.

Meanwhile, Mechanicsburg played in-conference for the first time on Saturday and got just the result they were looking for. They skirted past Northeastern 40-37. Those 40 points were actually the fewest the Indians have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

West Jefferson now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Mechanicsburg, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.
