Soccer Recap: Mandarin Extends Winning Streak to Four

While Mandarin didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Fletcher Senators by a score of 3-1 on Monday. Mandarin better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Isabella Rutherford, as she scored every single goal for her team.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Mandarin, bringing their record up to 4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four matchups. As for Fletcher, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 3-2-1.

Coming up, Mandarin will challenge Englewood at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fletcher, they will take on Bartram Trail at 7:20 p.m. on December 2.
