Volleyball Recap: Kettering Takes a Loss

Kettering was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Lyon East Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Kettering's loss dropped their record down to 12-16-1. As for South Lyon East, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 38-7-1.

Looking ahead, Kettering will welcome Kearsley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Lyon East, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against South Lyon on the 25th.
