With a playoff win on the line, Western Branch rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Landstown Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Western Branch was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20, 25-18.
Elijah Quinata paced Western Branch's offense, picking up 12 kills. Quinata got some help from Nate Brownfield and his 23 assists. Marco Krueger controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
