North Hollywood is 9-0-1 against Monroe since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The North Hollywood Huskies are taking a road trip to challenge the Monroe Vikings at 4:00 p.m.

North Hollywood is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Verdugo Hills just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. Neither they nor the Dons could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Huskies happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 11, 2024.

Meanwhile, Monroe can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They beat Chavez by a goal, winning 3-2.

Monroe hit Chavez with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Daisy Gutierrez, Vanessa Cuellar, and Ashley Cruz.

Monroe's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-7-3. North Hollywood's draw gives them a new season record of 5-5-1.

North Hollywood took their victory against Monroe when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 5-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Hollywood since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
