After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Somerset Academy Losee, the Bonanza Bengals were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They really took it to Amplus Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a 51-23 win on the road. With Bonanza ahead 29-9 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Bonanza's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6. As for Amplus Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bonanza will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Southeast Career Tech at 6:30 p.m. on January 18th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nevada (Southeast Career Tech is ranked 76th, while Bonanza is ranked 91st). As for Amplus Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
