LaGrange and Sandy Creek squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but LaGrange had to settle for second. The matchup between the Grangers and the Patriots didn't end well, with the Grangers falling 42-24. The Grangers' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

LaGrange lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Caydin Thomas, who rushed for 85 yards and two scores. LaGrange also got a significant boost from Dylan Barber, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 119 yards.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sandy Creek to victory, but perhaps none more so than Amari Latimer, who rushed for 152 yards and a pair of TDs on only 15 carries. Latimer is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 104 every time he's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Caleb Hill, who rushed for 58 yards and three touchdowns.

LaGrange's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Sandy Creek, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

As of now, neither LaGrange nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
