Baseball Recap: Tennyson Lancers vs. Ygnacio Valley Wolves

Tennyson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 15-1 to the Ygnacio Valley Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-2 back in March.

Shooda Williams was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in both of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

Tennyson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Ygnacio Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Tennyson will square off against Arroyo at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ygnacio Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Vallejo at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
