Soccer Recap: Richland Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Richland was not quite Argyle's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell just short of the Argyle Eagles by a score of 1-0. One thing that didn't help the Royals' chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Maddox Speaks.

Richland now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Argyle, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3.

Richland wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-1 defeat against Ryan on the 25th. As for Argyle, they have also already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Colleyville Heritage on the 25th.
