Volleyball Recap: Neenah Takes a Loss

Neenah lost against Cedarburg back in September of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rockets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs.

Cam Diekfuss paced Neenah's offense, picking up four kills. Diekfuss really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with nine. He also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Logan McNamara, each putting up two.

Neenah's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Cedarburg, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-10 record this season.

Neenah didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Kenosha Tremper on the 18th. As for Cedarburg, they will challenge Nicolet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
