Basketball Recap: La Center Takes a Loss

The La Center Wildcats came up short against the Chelan Mountain Goats on Friday, falling 60-36. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

La Center's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Chelan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. La Center won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Waterville at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Waterville's defense has only allowed 26.3 points per game this season, so La Center's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Chelan, they will also get right back to it: they'll take on Quincy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
