Union Grove was forced to take a big loss against Burlington on Wednesday, they got the better of them on Thursday. The Broncos narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Demons 4-2. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Demons on Wednesday, they had to take a 9-3 defeat.

The team relied heavily on Tucker Katterhagen, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Jake Reesman also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Union Grove's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Burlington, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1.
