Volleyball Recap: Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Takes a Loss

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran was the 2-0 winner over Northridge when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cadets fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Cadets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sydney Blackwell paced Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's offense, picking up ten kills. Blackwell got some help from Keira Dommer and her 27 assists.

Northridge can attribute much of their success to Molly Nickell, who had 11 digs and two assists. That's the most assists Nickell has posted over her last seven matchups.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Northridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.
