It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Modesto ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pitman Pride, sneaking past 49-47. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 44-29 win the Pride walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2025.

Maeve Kidd was the offensive standout of the matchup as she dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds. What's more, she posted two blocks, the most she's had since back in February of 2025. Allison Marchy was another key player, putting up 11 points and eight boards.
