Basketball Recap: Eastside Comes Up Short

Eastside won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They came up short against the Paul VI Eagles, falling 51-26. The matchup marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Eastside now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Paul VI, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-1.

Eastside will face off against Cherokee at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for Paul VI, they will head out to face off against Camden at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Paul VI is facing Camden at the right time seeing as Camden is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
