Soccer Recap: Gulf Breeze Takes a Loss

Gulf Breeze was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Beachside Barracudas. If Gulf Breeze were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to Beachside when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Gulf Breeze's goal came courtesy of Norah Petermann, which was the first she's scored this season.

Gulf Breeze's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Beachside, their record is now 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gulf Breeze will welcome Tate at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Beachside, they will square off against Nease at 7:20 p.m. on Monday.
