Baseball Recap: Colbert Heights Takes a Loss

Colbert Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 10-5 to the Hackleburg Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-4 last Wednesday.

Colbert Heights now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Hackleburg, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-4.

Colbert Heights didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-7 loss against Colbert County on the 1st. As for Hackleburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Phillips on the 1st.
