Volleyball Recap: Addison Shoe Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat A.L. Brown + How To Watch

A.L. Brown came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against West Cabarrus, but Mia Javier wouldn't allow it. The Wolverines walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wonders on Tuesday with plenty of help from Javier, who had 44 digs and two assists. She has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-22, 16-25, 25-17.

West Cabarrus' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Addison Shoe led the charge by getting 16 digs, five aces, and one block. Those five aces gave Shoe a new career-high. Madison McIntyre was another key player, getting 19 digs, 11 kills, and one block.

West Cabarrus now has a winning record of 6-5. As for A.L. Brown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
