Basketball Recap: Parker Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Parker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Wenonah Dragons, falling 77-44. The Thundering Herd were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-23.

Wenonah got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brendon Davis out in front who went 5-for-8 on his way to 18 points and six rebounds. The game was Davis' third in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Jacob Alexander, who made all 5 shots he took to post 14 points and three steals.

Parker's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Wenonah, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parker will take on Jackson-Olin in a tournament on Friday. As for Wenonah, they will face off against Minor at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Dragons will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
