Legend won the last time they faced Douglas County and things went their way on Friday too. The Titans blew past the Huskies, posting a 51-9 victory. With the Titans ahead 51-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Ryken Banks produced another solid performance rushing for 104 yards and three scores on only seven carries, while also picking up 41 receiving yards and one TD. Another player making a difference was Dj Bordeaux, who threw for 129 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Legend was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 208 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Douglas County only rushed for 88.

Legend didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Freddie Burke and Quinn Williams. Burke got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Legend's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points over those games. As for Douglas County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Coming up, Legend will take on Regis Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Douglas County, they will challenge Chaparral at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Huskies will be up against the Wolverines' rather soft defense (which has allowed 41.38 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
