Basketball Recap: Jeremiah Fulford's Big Game Can't Quite Lead East Hill Christian over Atmore Christian

East Hill Christian was the 61-50 winner over Atmore Christian when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The matchup between the Eagles and the Rams didn't end well, with the Eagles falling 62-45. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jeremiah Fulford, who posted ten points and seven rebounds. Fulford continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Page, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 14 points.

East Hill Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

East Hill Christian and Atmore Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Eagles see the court they'll take on West Florida Baptist Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Atmore Christian, their break will end when they face Gulf Pointe Latin at 6:00 p.m. on December 15.
