Basketball Recap: Toluwanimi Boglo's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Summit Academy over Construction

Summit Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 58-46 to the Construction Red Hawks on Friday. The Eagles have struggled against the Red Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Toluwanimi Boglo, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 23 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Korotoumou Ballo, who posted 17 points.

Coming up, Summit Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against New Dorp at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Construction, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Leonardtown at 5:20 p.m. on December 13.
